About Diversified Aquatics

Based in Jacksonville, Florida, Diversified Aquatics serves not only all of Duval County, but neighboring communities such as Orange Park, Atlantic Beach, Jacksonville Beach, Ponte Vedra, Doctors Lake and Middleburg. We also specialize in meeting the needs of visitors to our area — people who have come to scuba dive our many freshwater springs, such as Ginnie Springs, Troy, Manatee, Devils Den, Blue Grotto and Paradise Spring.

Our business is all about not only helping people get their beginning scuba certification, but also helping them continue the adventure through advanced, specialty, technical and leadership diver training. We certify through a number of training agencies, including NAUI, PADI, NSS-CDS and TDI/SDI. We can do open-water training referrals (“check out dives”) for these agencies, as well as for divers from SSI, YMCA and PDIC.

Diversified Aquatics employs a network of highly qualified diving professionals. Our lead instructor is Scott Evans (read Scott’s bio). Scott came to the Jacksonville area after selling a very successful dive shop in northern Virginia. He has now made north Florida his home, and diving our many springs and offshore sites his passion. Scott says:
